How do I know if Soundshape is the right fit for my organization?
The quickest fit check is this: you have live speech, want accessibility or translation, can provide a clean audio feed and stable internet, and need output on screen, phones, livestream, or a mix of those.
Can I book a live demo before deciding?
Yes. A live demo is the best next step if you are still evaluating fit. It lets us walk through outputs, setup, and any questions about your venue, event format, or audience mix.
What do we need in order to connect Soundshape?
Normally you need stable internet, power, and an audio feed from your mixer or microphone receiver. If you also want subtitles on the main screen, we check the HDMI or video path as well.
Does it work with our current audio or video setup?
Usually yes. If you can provide a standard audio output and, where needed, a video path, Soundshape can usually be fitted into the existing setup. The installation guide shows typical XLR/TRS, HDMI, and Ethernet connections.
Where can subtitles be shown during an event?
Subtitles can be shown on the main presentation screen, on attendee phones via QR code, and in livestream workflows. The exact mix depends on how your event is routed.
How do attendees access translations on their phones?
Attendees scan the generated QR code and follow on their own phone in the language they choose. In most cases they only need an internet connection; no app install is required.
Which languages does Soundshape support?
The website positions Soundshape for 100+ languages. For pre-sales, we usually confirm the target languages you need and whether you want any custom terminology loaded beforehand.
Is Soundshape only for permanent installations?
No. It can be used for fixed installations and for temporary events. The main requirement is that the core inputs are available: power, stable internet, and the right audio and output paths.
How secure is it for sensitive meetings or regulated environments?
For sensitive or regulated environments, the public starting point is the security page: ISO/IEC 27001:2022-certified standards, encryption, no permanent audio/transcript storage, and documentation on request.
How long does setup and onboarding usually take?
The physical setup is usually straightforward: power, internet, audio, and optional HDMI. Onboarding happens in the admin panel, so total deployment time mostly depends on your network and chosen outputs.
Can Soundshape be used for livestreams as well as in-room events?
Yes. Soundshape can be used for room screens, attendee phones, and livestream workflows, provided the audio and any required video routing are set up correctly.
Do you offer options for AV partners, resellers, or integrators?
Yes. There are routes for AV partners, resellers, system integrators, and rental companies. The best fit depends on whether you resell, integrate, or operate events yourself.
Can Soundshape help with accessibility requirements or procurement review?
Yes. It can support accessibility goals and it gives procurement or security teams a clear starting point through the published security page and the documentation request flow.
How do I request pricing or a tailored quote?
The fastest route is to request info or book a demo. The most accurate quote comes after we know your event type, scale, required outputs, languages, and whether it is one-off, recurring, or partner-led.
