Make Soundshape fit your event with branded QR codes
Attendees can use a Soundshape QR code to access live captions and translations directly on their own phone.
With the latest update to the Soundshape dashboard, you can now personalise this QR code by adding your own logo.
A small update that makes the experience more consistent
QR codes are often displayed on presentation slides, screens, signage or other event materials. By adding your own logo, the Soundshape QR code can now better match the branding of your organisation, customer or event.
For AV-rental companies, this also makes it easier to prepare Soundshape specifically for each production or customer.
For attendees, nothing changes. They simply scan the QR code and start following the available captions or translation on their own device.
Add your branding in a few steps
In the Admin Panel, go to Settings → Branding and upload your logo.
When you then create a QR code through Shared Sessions, your logo is automatically included in the QR code. This makes it easy to prepare a branded access point for each event or production.
Simple for the attendee, more personal for the event
The goal is to keep access as easy as possible while giving organisers and AV teams more control over how Soundshape is presented.
